About Kabini

The Kabini reservoir borders Nagarhole (Rajiv Gandhi) National Park, and in the dry months elephants gather along its shores. Forest department jeep safaris and boat rides offer chances to see elephants, gaur, deer and, with luck, big cats. It is a calm, slow wildlife holiday rather than a checklist trip.
